Not a fan of basil, dill, garlic or onions? Me neither.
3-4 ripe large tomatoes
20-30 dried tomato rings
2 pitted dates
1/2 banana (to taste)
1 stalk celery (to taste) OR 1 teaspoon celery powder
1 red bell pepper/capsicum (to taste) OR 1 teaspoon capsicum powder
parsley sprigs (to taste)
Blend in a super-blender or food processor. Adjust quantities to taste. I don't think I've ever screwed this one up, lol.
Although you definitely don't need a dehydrator, I had one pre 811 and find it comes in handy for tomatoes, celery, capsicum and raisins.
Iceberg lettuce
red cabbage
cucumbers
My salads are very boring and yummy. I use a mandolin to thinly shave the red cabbage & cucumbers and tear the lettuce into pieces.
