Hopefully, I put this thread in the right place. With Bikram a few questions:
- do you recommend showering immediately after a class or waiting (I've actually heard some recommend later so as allow a continuous flow of energy?)
- where does dry brushing fit into this..... better to do before or after?
- any other skin care recommendations?
- how often do you change outfits?

Hi there! I dry brush before class as I find it helps me to get more toxins out and I sweat more during class when i do. I use raw coconut oil on my skin as I have noticed it tends to get a bit dry from the heat. Personally I have a warm shower after class, never a cold one, really just to wash a layer of sweat off and feel a little less stinky. I have a longer shower at home later in the day. Not really sure what you mean about changing outfits as I only do one class a day and 4 or 5 classes per week. I have a rotation of outfits, 3 tops and 3 pairs of shorts. I was the clothes I wear to bikram as soon as I get home. :) Hope this has helped a little.
