Hey there banana peeps:)
So I've been on Raw Til 4 for a bit over a month now, I know, not long at all. I was vegetarian for 4 years prior and I've finally decided to take the dive. I'm a bit concerned now however. I never had weight problems before this lifestyle, and I have always been a very muscular athlete type person. I've never been into calorie restriction either and always have been around 120-125ish pounds at 5' 4". In only a month I've shot up to 130? 131? 132? It just keeps going up. I don't weigh myself everyday either, maybe once a week or less, just to check in, make sure things arn't gettin' too crazy. The other problem is none of my clothes are fitting right anymore. The pants were the first to go, then soon my shirts were getting too tight and now I'm just down to loose dresses and gym sweats. I'm very concerned as I really can't afford to buy a whole new wardrobe for my jiggly self. I run oftenish, I have a back injury, so only 3 times a week now, but I've always maintained my body at this activity level. I'm worried I'm doing something wrong. I keep my fats LOW and eat fruit all day. Any help would be appreciated.
