My husband and kids just watched this, it's beautiful!!!

Three of my kids have gone on multiple children and teen courses and my oldest has gone on 3 adult courses.  The children/teen courses are extremely wonderful, I'd say the very best experience you can give a child.  The parents of the child do not have to be old students, (have taken a course).  We've taken a few friends of our kids too! :)

    Thank you so much for sharing this.... so beautiful. They are such fortunate beings to learn annanapana/ vipassana so young... I recently had the fortunately to serve on a few childrens courses in thailand. the school sent 4 different classes age9/10yrs over 4 days. I will admit they were not as quiet as the children on the video!!!!!

    so precious! you are so fortunate to have a dhamma family! may the the teachings or pure dhamma spread to all ages in all corners of the world (-:
