I am crazy about health .....I have decided to go raw for good and become lifetime athlete ...my beliefs are now stronger when I hear what Dr. Doug Graham has to say (it makes sense to approach 811 lifestyle) .... but I often need motivation and feel this is the right place.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...

my favourite books are '80-10-10 diet' , 'the power' by rhoda bryne, harry potter series Movies I watch again and again are Rocky(purely inspirational stuff), sleep hollow , scarecrow, veer zaara, tarzan. ( hindi movie)... almost every movie starring johnny depp , sylvester stallone and shahrukh khan.

I live in Toledo , Ohio .....I am a student ...hardly my friends understand me .....they think I am crazy with my diet high in fruits and raw vegetables......I am transitioning right now as I started 811 lifestyle only few weeks back.Harley you are doing a great job in helping people achieve their goals..keep it up

Hey Arpit- Glad to see another Ohio-an on 30bad :) I hear ya about being a raw fooding student. I think a few people here and there have heard of eating raw food, but it's pretty rare. But hey, that's what makes us special, crazy and awesome people :) I usually don't have to retort with comments about their diet when I'm running circles around them in daily activity :)
