I am vegan vegetabolist want to go frutarian and am seeking for practical examples and advice from people who have done it already. I am a spiritual person, and accept people as they are. Love what I do for a living (I am in a "helper type" crier) love research and sharing ideas.

some times I am tempted and give in on compromising my already vegan lifestyle. I eat mostly vegetables and nuts with some fruit and want to go frutarian, practical advice would help:)
