I finally turned to the vegan diet and am loving it. I've looked to this site to help me with motivation support and ideas to keep afloat the banana boat! My 13 yr old daughter is on it with me and we live in England around the best grass fed dairy and beef farms...we both want to slim down and tone up. We used to live an active lifestyle in LA, but too many winters here have turned me lazy and large! I've had all the most delicious pastries and pies, perfect for the cold cloudy weather.. but now it's tropical fruit time, in the land of milk and honey...I'm done with the clouds too so first opportunity I'm heading for the sun away form our geoengineered skies. Another reason for the diet.. to detox from chemtrails! Plus I love bananas. That's my bag, I hope is suffices. :)
