Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:
Yep. Just started all raw on Sunday (3/22/10)
Are you Connected?
well Its complicated
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
Too many books to name! Just a small fraction of the authors I love: Sylvia Engdahl, Leslie Marmon Silko, Sheri Tepper, Arundhati Roy, Louis Erdrich, Mary Daly, Starhawk, Madeline L'Engle, Sharon Shinn, Alice Walker, Geraldine Brooks
The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I'm really just looking for a supportive community since I don't know anyone around me who is vegan, let alone 100% raw. I did try raw vegan for a bit a few years ago ... but, I was doing it totally wrong, i.e. lots of gourmet raw meals that I found tedious to prepare. Having read 80/10/10 ... I'm really excited to start this next phase of my dietary lifestyle!
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
Yes.

it's right at the bottom of the page, so feel free to help us count bananas!

btw, regarding owning pets - i don't like the idea.
all our creatures are rescued and i think in such situations it's the best we can do.
still i don't think companionship needs to be intraspecies and certainly i think such exchanges can be mutually very good experiences.
one day when you have time, i'll give you the link to a group here where you can read about many of these companions who we share our existence with. i think you may enjoy some of the stories.

also we'd appreciate your presence in freelee's china study thread here:

i think it would be great to have you onboard!
i have some ideas regarding it i want to discuss with you - right after i hear back from someone else i sent feelers out to.
regarding veg pets - let's just see how things develop.
if you get a chance take a look through the vegan dogs thread - it's quite extensive - and see what you think about the natural=good thread too.
i'll restrain myself from trying to convince you of anything :D
though you may be interested in knowing that some of those who were adamantly opposed are doing otherwise now. ;)
