I need information on fasting
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. I met the Raw Family when I was in college and they and some other raw food friends showed me what an awesome lifestyle this is, which I have wanted to get back into ever since. After 7 or 8 years have passed, I'm finally raw till 4pm, with juices for breakfast and raw foods for lunch. How bout you?

Glad you're enjoying them. :) That's my long list of favorite artists, one song from each. Never could really get into Radiohead (love Creep though), but I'll check out Porcupine Tree for sure. If you don't already know, Puscifer is Maynard James Keenan's latest band.

Puscifer, Nirvana, White Stripes, Bright Eyes, Tool, Cold, Ramones, The Kills. I really like that 1,000 people song, I'll have to look into that band.
