I don't know yet, I just begin my HCRV journey a week ago after tweaking my diet plan to apply what I have learned in health science for about two years. So fat, I didn't find it is super hard to live in this lifestyle because I have a very clear goal of what I am pursuing.

The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products.
