I am a strict and clean eating, Vegetarian of almost a year, passionate about fitness and an avid reader and writer. I am interested in living a healthy lifestyle, which I do on a daily basis. I don't eat meat; however I do eat organic eggs. I juice raw fruit and vegetables. My healthy lifestyle has helped me to lose and maintain a healthy weight. I had always been lean, however, after 3 children, who are now young adults; I struggled to get back to my lean size. Changing my way of eating has allowed me to reduce and maintain a healthy weight and BMI. I am living and loving this change and will stick with it forever.

Which are the most nutritious fruits to consume that keep your blood sugar stable?
Healthy fruit choices consist of:
• Whole fruits rather than juices. They have more fiber.
• Citrus fruits, such as oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines.
• Fruit juices devoid of additional sugar.
• Fresh fruits and juices. They are more nourishing than frozen or canned varieties.

Thank you so much! Were you eating high fat when you became vegetarian, even healthy oil etc? My understanding is fat and sugar feed candida. So if you combined a banana with coconut oil, it’s a big no.
