I'm always nervous about my health (perhaps I am a bit of a hypocondriac), and I have been vegetarian since college. I found a Raw Food "cookbook" at Goodwill, and took it as a sign. But I became distraught about how many nuts are used in each recipe, and worried about being able to afford this healthy diet. But further research about raw food recipes online lead me to this site, and I couldn't be happier about how easy it is to eat fruit monomeals all day long instead of spending all day preparing one high-fat recipe. I find myself always reverting back to this website when I have questions about the fruitarian diet, and I look forward to contributing what I can and learning more about this way of life.
