What brought me to this lifestyle was several years of being vegetarian and thinking I was doing the right thing by excluding all animal flesh out of my diet but sooner realized that the dairy company is linked and correlated with the meat industry. I also had weight issues and was really self conscious and just wanted better health without compromising my values. I first started trying out veganism and found freelee. What she stood for and discussed in her videos really just resonated with me. I then started watching more of her videos and soon became introduced to durianrider. It wasn't much longer before I began the high carb raw till 4 vegan lifestyle and I now love everything about the way I live. I'm healthy, fit, lean, and I don't have to restrict to be this way, Life in abundance is where it's at!!
