I am currently learning about going vegan..it is something I want to do so much, but I live in a house with carnivores. My goal is to go vegan, allowing my behavior to be a role model to my family.

I need all the assistance I can get! I love to start things but my challenge is motivation and follow through....my fear is the first hump of this journey where I will most likely be detoxing all the crap out of my body. I'm truly afraid of feeling so sick I give up! I don't want that to happen! 💜
