17 years old, turned vegan Feb 2013, have been 801010 since 21st Sept 2013.
I weighed 88 kilos when I was 15 years old, through lifestyle change I lost 24 kilos in two years. This got me interested in health and wellbeing. After becoming vegan I lost a further 7 kilos. I considered myself healthy but kept feeling sluggish all of the time. I came across some videos of Bananiac in YouTube, and through him I came across Freelee and Durianrider, within three days I watched all of their videos and I'm half way through the 801010 book. I also watched heaps of videos of other HCLFRV on YouTube. I did the transition overnight because I felt incredibly informed and could not wait to feel better and do greater for the planet.
I felt quite alone being a vegan since everyone thought that I was crazy and that I was silly to think that I could save an animal's life by simply not consuming it. Now that I'm raw, I still haven't told anyone, I will wait for people to realize by themselves, I realized that if I don't make a big deal out of it to others they will see that I'm not crazy and that this lifestyle really does work. And since I felt lonely being a vegan, I feel even more alone being raw since it isn't a mainstream lifestyle and something that I can talk to everybody about so freely without feeling judged.
So I decided to join 30BaD to hopefully meet some bubbly fruitbats which I can talk to and tell everyone how great I feel in this lifestyle. :)

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
Currently struggling to fit a large amount of food during the day, therefore consuming a large amount of dates/dried figs/dried fruits after my vegetable-filled dinner.
I feel as if I consume too much sweetness during the day (possibly due to the large amount of dates I eat! haha) and so I find myself longing for the vegetable meal to even out the sweetness, but then I crave sweet things again, I then consume a whole heap of dates and feel as if I'm failing.
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this
