i suffered with severe digestive issues from 9 to 16. i was so backed up to the point of colon cancer and ibs. i came to raw in June 2021, i was raw for a month until i started missing cooked foods. im still trying to figure out what i want to do, so i set a goal to do raw till 4 for a month and see how my digestion is and if i want to continue or go raw again.
