I LOVE animals and became vegetarian for ethical reasons. Being healthier was a bonus, because i have struggled with my body image for many years. I recently became vegan and while looking for tips i discovered the HCRV lifestyle. This idea really clicked with me and I started making the transition a week ago. I dont know any high carb raw vegans or even any vegans so im hoping to get some support and ideas from 30BaD.
