Hi, I'm Erika! I found this site through watching Freelee's videos on YouTube. I've been on and off a vegan lifestyle since 2008 until I found Freelee and started a high carb, low fat vegan diet in Feb 2014. Before when I had tried vegan, it was always high fat and I never realized the difference until I saw Freelee and Durianrider. I live in Aviano AB, Italy at the moment, I just moved here from Incirlik AB, Turkey in August 2014. I am hoping to meet anyone in the area that also shares this fruity lifestyle!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
The first book I read about the vegan lifestyle was Diet For A New America by John Robbins. I have also read The China Study, great book!
My favorite pastimes are horseback riding, drawing, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with loved ones.
My favorite movies at the moment are Forrest Gump and A Thousand Words.
And one of my favorite authors is Neale Donald Walsch!

I'm doing well staying high carb, low fat vegan but I would really love to make some friends who share these same ideas with me. I'm in the Air Force currently and find it hard to meet vegan friends!
