Returning to the LFRV Lifestyle. I found out about 30bad almost a year ago and was running strong on basically an 80/10/10 style "diet" for about three months before summer traveling and my own personal weakness had me back eating the SAD "diet". I am FULLY ready to venture back into the Raw Food lifestyle and become the thriving healthy, happy and ethical person I know I am meant to be! I am also extremely excited to make new friends within the community!
