I have been on a journey to heal my body and relationship with food. The things that have stood in my way are people’s opinions. But I decided that I don’t give a shit anymore. I don’t care what people say, I will not let anything -including my own fear- get in the way of me eating to LIVE. I am so excited for a healthy 2021 and on. I can not wait to see where this beautiful journey takes me!

I am a musician. I play guitar, piano, and I sing. I also love art and painting. I enjoy reading (history books and textbooks are my cup of tea). I love podcasts (vegan podcasts and history podcasts). My favorite TV shows are Criminal Minds, White Collar, and Grey’s Anatomy. My favorite movies are The Lord of the Rings. I love hiking and absolutely anything to do with nature. The beach scares me because I am pale and I only go in the sun occasionally. Something I want to fix soon!
