My name's Grace! I'm a 20-year-old actress and singer with a big love for animals, bike rides, singing Mariah Carey whistle tones, and The Smiths. After struggling for 6+ years with disordered eating (anorexia and binge eating), weight struggles, and a love of animals that made me want to go vegan for them, I finally came across the high carb, low fat vegan lifestyle. I had tried so many times to go vegan in the past but ultimately failed because the binge/starve mentality would get to me. Finding the HCLF/Rt4 community on youtube helped me learn how to eat in a way that fuels me to be the best version of myself. I am active, healthy, and happy for the first time in my entire life and no longer care about material things that I used to. This lifestyle gave me my life back and made me realize what is truly important in life. I am determined to spread this message to as many people as possible, because I believe it is truly the all-encompassing answer. I am feisty and outspoken and like finding like-minded people who are as determined as I am.

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
My pastimes and passions are acting, singing, and dancing. I seriously study these three things at a performing arts conservatory. I have a huge passion for music and hope to one day be successful enough to use my influence as a way to promote veganism and concern for the planet/animals.
Music: Fleetwood Mac, alt-J, Die Antwoord, Cocteau Twins, The Smiths, Bon Iver, The Sex Pistols, Pixies, Speedy Ortiz, David Bowie, Mumford & Sons, Florence & The Machine, Ana Tijoux, Gorillaz, Jeff Buckley, Fleet Foxes, Frightened Rabbit, M83, Joni Mitchell, Queen, Flying Lotus, Sam Smith, Nico, Iron & Wine, Hozier, Frank Ocean, Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse, Two Door Cinema Club, Volcano Choir, Blondie, XTC, Simon & Garfunkel, Nirvana, Morrissey's entire solo career, The xx, The Velvet Underground, Tears for Fears (unironically)...the list goes on and on.
Books: The Stranger, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Breakfast at Tiffany's, and any and ALL Shakespeare plays. I'm a nerd.
Movies: Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, Sid & Nancy, The Bling Ring, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (only the best prequel in bizarro prequel history), Life Is Beautiful, The Royal Tennenbaums, Requiem For A Dream

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
This question confuses me a little-- but I just want to connect with other vegans and learn a lot more than I already know from others who maybe come from a disordered eating past. My reason for saying this is that while Raw Till 4 has virtually cured me, I still sometimes struggle and would like to learn about how others deal with it. :D
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
