Hello! I am a Division 1 cross country/track runner looking to improve my health and wellbeing. I have been in recovery/relapse from anorexia for 2 years now, and the vegan lifestyle sounds like perfection! I am not fully vegan yet, but I am down to almost no animal product.

How to begin/maintain this lifestyle at college, and how to recover/get over the fear of calories and weight fluctuation. I want to make this my lifestyle, not a temporary diet. Its hard to get my family on board, especially because I am in recovery, but I am slowly making progress.
