HappyDaiz I am a recovering anorexic who has found the HCRV way of life to be an absolute Godsend! It makes me feel excited for life, full of energy and super happy:) i am looking to broaden my knowledge about the subject and meet other people:)

I am recovering from anorexia and chronic laxative abuse. After trying again and again with mainstream therapy, medications and potions i have realised the only way to pure healing for my mind/body/spirit is through worshipping Christ Jesus and living off the earths bountiful fruitbasket:) i do however need guidance as i have an extremely sluggish colon... And i find i get anxious if i am unable to 'go' regularly. Is there anyway i can help aid digestive healing so i can once again 'go' myself laxative free? (Was taking anywhere from 20-200 a day at worst and doctors and therapists try fix it with dreaded medications which i refuse to believe is the only option to wellness)
