I've been an on and off raw vegan for about four years now. Only until last month did I begin the 811 diet. I had been used to the high fat raw vegan diet and boy was it difficult. And not only that, but I still had a lot of problems. When i switched to 811 it was amazing, i swear i was on such a sugar high for 3 days straight. But i came here to gain more support for my diet, you know, for those rough days, and just to see that im not alone in this.

I have been doing the HCRV for over a month now, but due to recent events which involves learning about past traumas throughout my childhood, i have been going back to cooked food and trying hard to maintain at least raw til four. So i really need some support and motivation because through all these traumatic days, i have been getting so depressed and struggling with keeping up my raw food.
