I am 20 years old and mostly raw vegan and attend the University of Florida. I am a going into my 3rd year as a pre med student and really love health and nutrition and look up to Dr. Esselstyen . I am trying to transition to being a fully raw vegan and would like to connect with amazing people on this site. I am about 75% raw right now and only eat cooked food for dinner a couple times a week. I love to work out, meet new people, cycling, running, eating lots of fruit and helping other people reach their goals. I enjoy watching videos of Harley and Freelee and have learned a lot of good info about this lifestyle from them.

I would like advice on being HCRV in college and telling and promoting this lifestyle among other college students.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
