Over and over I’ve been called to a fruit based lifestyle. I’ve stumbled many times along my journey. What I do know having learned more about myself, is that I feel my absolute best when I consume large quantities of fruit.
I am a mother of 7, so it is absolutely essential that I care for this vessel; to give me energy, mental clarity, mood stability, love and compassion. Living a fruit based lifestyle allows me to experience life in a radical way, defying odds despite my overflowing days.
