ive been vegan for over a year. im about 50 % fruit, often more and i do go a week or two fully raw every now and then to cleanse myself. i do eat cooked starch which i want to phase out of. bananas, figs, prickly pear, persimmon are some of my stables, depending on season. Favourite fruit is durian, cherimoya a not too distant second.
watched quite a few of durianrider and freeles youtube vids a while ago, and became aware of 30 bad through them i guess. i felt i should sign up and maybe try to connect with other fruities.

That I am not aware of, and I know it is rather hard to find a educating, vegan community, as many I know in Toronto do this lifestyle more as a trend, and the ones I know personally are all high fat gourmet "raw" vegans, so I have yet to find any other groups, communities within Toronto for that matter on actual educational stuff...so far Chapters and the Internet have been my schools, friends for this lifestyle, and general interest. haha
Let me know if you find out anything other than the fruitluck!
