I am a Registered Massage Therapist at Lifetime Wellness Center with a passion for health and wellness and 30 bananas a day! I am a marathon runner and a triathlete and love all physical activity, especially sailing. After being inspired by the athletes here, I am training for Ironman Florida on a diet of only raw fruits and vegetables, small amounts of overt fats, Doug Graham 80 10 10 approach of course, and getting EPIC results! My clients ask me if I will ever go back to my old diet and lifestyle after my Ironman. My answer is always the same " No Way!!!!" This lifestyle has touched every aspect of my life. My goal is to qualify for the Kona Hawaii Ironman. Its only a matter of time! The hardest thing about this journey is letting go of the people and things that no longer serve you.

haha that amazing raw is definitely the future of sports . Imagine what the pros would be like if they were all raw. CRAZY !

It was actually your posts that pushed me to take the first step and sign up :) I'm only starting with a 70.3 this year. No real goals, just finish. If I live through it i'll attempt the full in 2015. Not sure if I would go to the Florida to do it... with all the stand-your-ground shootings I think i'll try to do one this side of the 49th parellel :)
