Aloha! I have just embarked on the LOW FAT HIGH CARB Raw Vegan Diet. After ten years of being mostly raw then back to cooked vegan and raw, and yo-yo'ing on my weight and health, I am ready to give this a solid try. I would be willing to be public with my process in terms of videos and stuff since lots of people in the raw foods movement know me. I think I'm on a good track here, a bit of guidance will be helpful as I get going. Already it is feeling easy to do.
