Hi there, I have been following a high raw vegan lifestyle for about 5 years. I found raw life because I needed a complete lifestyle change as I was just getting clean off drugs. I have been drug free for 5 years now, alcohol free 18 months and smoke free over a year. The more I look into the Frugivore diet the more I see it as the way to go. I have found myself battling food addictions in the last 3 years and believe fully embracing and embodying the Frugivore way of life is the next step in my recovery and evolution. To be free from all addictions and be an example of what is possible with the right nutrition and lifestyle. It truly lights me up xx
