I've been a meat eater all my life, and recently had a breakthrough where I looked at a plate full of unhealthy meat and animal products, and realized "This was a body of a living animal at one point," and I started to cry. Since that point I can't bring myself to eat any meat. I'm also struggling with my weight, at 220lbs. I'm trying to lose weight and fat and get to a sustainable, HEALTHY weight and lifestyle. I've been following Freelee's youtube account for about a year but never had it in me to really give this lifestyle a go, until now. I'm ready to commit and really try this out, but I can't do it alone and I need support and friends and help. I'm raw till 4 currently, and still transitioning.
