I dont feel full enough on fruit, I feel like I only actually feel full when I have a lot of fats.

Also Lola, have you considered eating fatty fruits such as avocados? I looked up the other day how many calories avocados have and I gotta tell ya I got excited to see that with several avocados in our bellies, we can get alotta calories taken care of! I love avocados! I used to eat them in tacos and with most of my meat-based meals. My parents are from Central America so we'd eat rice with beans and meat and salad including avocados and tomatoes. So, lately, I've been eating avocados by themselves or with vegan meals mostly. It's delicious all by itself without anything added. I'd look for inexpensive alternatives to obtaining lots of fruit for cheap/free.
