I found this site through Freelee's site on facebook. Freelee is a true inspiration to me. I've struggled with health issues which one has been weight for many of many years. I've just begun my journey, I wanted to edcuate myself before diving in the deep end. All to find out, that I'm more mad at myself for not just jumping in. I've been feeling UBER fantastic and I can't wait for my body, health, mind, earth and everything around me to find a harmony. :)

I need all the assistance I can get. I need guidance, and recipes, and a strong network to in be so I can have the support I need to deny the easy foods that are so easily tempting which is what has led me to the health condition i'm in currently.
