I am passionate about ecology, natural healing, nutrition, yoga, gardening, permaculture and spirituality. I lived a "normal life" once, in a big city, as a "successful professional". One day I decided to abandon that comfortable life and came to the countryside to follow my passion for life. During the next four years I studied and experienced what seemed to me to be essential for my family to thrive. I followed my heart to discover how to live simply and follow the flow of life rather than go against.

The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products.
