Hey Im a 23 year old who currently is ovo vegetarian and wanting to transition to vegan. I can really see that 811 diet is optimal diet as it is as close to nature as you can get. I've been inspired from watching a lot of HCRV youtube videos and hoped to joined this site to learn more about this healthy lifestyle.
