I have recovered from anorexia, gained back all of my weight and a little bit more with a vegetarian diet because my parents didn't want be to go vegan. I finally made them realize how much it means to me, but I'm still to afraid to tell them that i want to be on a hclf diet. Need some support.. would love to get some vegan friends.
