My name is Nicole, I'm a student in London Ontario who is very passionate about nutrition, veganism and activism. I'm transitioning from a 75% raw vegan diet to a HCRV diet and hope that this website will keep me focused and motivated to do so! I'm also trying to exercise everyday with HIIT and 'barefoot' running. Any creative exercise ideas would be appreciated!

Hey Nicole
I just recently got your question about hawaii that you asked back in april.
I'm in Oregon right now, but the weather in Hawaii is probly great right now. All the wild mangoes flood the streets and forests of the Puna coast during the summer. There definitely are areas with different weather, Hawaii has 13 of the 15 climate zones on the planet, the island is like a miniature Earth. I've only spent time on Big Island. Puna is the area for fruit, but he truth is every climate will produce fruit and vegetables, if it weren't for the desert we wouldn't have dates.
Aloha Shalom
Hi Nicole! Yes, I've lived on the island of Maui for a little while. It is very beautiful and has a lot of access to organic farmers markets that are extremely cheap.
In the spring/summer season, you have many varieties of fruit growing along the streets. Most areas are extremely clean. The landscape is amazing.
I do hope you enjoy your time there! :)
HELLO! thanks for friending me. It's good to have more connections around the world =)
HEY NICOLE, thanks for the add. :)
Aloha Nicole, Thanks for your friens :) How's your journey into Spring and eating HCLV? Barefoot running is the go ha! :))
Yea! But! Getting all that! For that cheap!!! Someone must of not known the prices or they really had a thing for you :)
Hehe not as cool as you, but still pretty cool, I'm doing software engineering - I have a degree in contemporary circus ( no animals!) , but had to stop because of chronic fatigue, eating issues, injuries, and nausea. Hopefully 811 will get me a lot better. Longes period on 100% raw is one month, but this time I aim to go raw permanently.
I want to move to thailand and get some sort of engineering work over the internet, so I always have great fruit available. I have 2 years or so left of my studies.
How about yourself, how did you get into 811?
That's really cool!
Hey Nicole! :) I've been LFRV since January 1st, 2011. I follow the 80/10/10 model of eating for optimal health (although I'm 90/5/5 most days). These past 4 months, however, I've been eating 70% raw fruit and 30% cooked starches like potatoes, beans, etc. I find this way of eating works just as well. How long have you been LFRV? Are you Vegan for ethical or health reasons, or both? I'm looking forward to hearing your experiences with raw food! Let's definitely keep in touch!
Hey there Nicole :) Good day and welcome to 30BaD!
