I am a flight attendant since one year now. This means I live a quite unhealthy lifestyle. I grew up in an island in Greece and thought " let's move to the desert!" . So here I am experiencing a cultural shock and realizing how vulnerable can we be. In every way. I've been eating a Mediterranean diet and thinking that was the staple since I remember myself, but this year I lost track - too much wrong information all over the world! I am here cause I believe there is something here that will help me find my health and my peace of mind forever. I am now a vegan and I undoubtedly need support to succeed and go further. This really FEELS right! I felt like the santa came yesterday when the copy of the 80 10 10 diet arrived ( I don't believe in santa). I wish to learn and help me first and then my friends here and back home.
