Judging by the time on this site, your 7:50am is my 6:20pm the day before. So your 10.5 hours ahead of me? I may have made a mistake. It's not easy here in ancient times you know ; ) Typing this on stone, sitting on my rock lol.
You live in Australia right? If It's 6pm for me now, what time is it for you? Do you know? Is it warm there all year? Today was so nice in Toronto! Almost 30 degrees, got some sun. Played mini golf with my mom lol. Hope the weather stays nice like this for a bit. I actually sweat today!
Yep, eatin lots of fruit too. Basically it's a green juice for breakfast, fruit all day, then sometimes another green juice before my big salad. Except today, I had durian for lunch and the darn thing satisfied me for like 6 hours lol. So I just had a couple mangoes for a late dinner.
That's so cool, your keepin up with the pros! And your probably holdin back to make them feel better lol. You'd lose me in a matter of minutes. But I'd beat you at miniature basketball in my room ; )
I am doing well. It's been a battle to try and get off my meds as my eosinophil count keeps going up and down like a yo yo... I am currently trying my best to get back to the raw. I'm eating about a 50/50 at the moment. It's not what I want to do but if i jump right back into 100% raw I fear by body will go into another detox crisis. Health is so precious and fragile with me. But alas I believe I will achieve beautiful vibrant health because I deserve it!

I'm doin really good! Giving the raw vegan thing another try. Goin super high on the greens. Couple green juices a day, and a big salad at night! This is the first time in my raw journey that I've been able to eat salads. They are so satisfying! I've been missin out ; ) Who needs cooked food when you can eat salads?! And I feel really good with all these green juices.
I got a little carried away on my salad couple nights ago. Big spoonful of tahini, 1/2 avocado, bunch of olives, and some chia oil lol... Was fat overload! Felt tired, got a headache, pain in the gull bladder. Lesson learned ; )
