I struggled with gut issues and excessive sweating my whole life. I tried a whole bunch of diets, keto, medical medium, high carb, low carb, high protein, protein shakes, meal replacements etc. Everything helped for few days but then my symptoms would continue.
Since two months on a radical elimination diet, I decided to eliminate everything that I had even the slightest doubt that could cause some issue and was left with Fruits. It took a while to transition into it but my goodness I reached a point where I was able to eat fruits the whole day and was just epic.
Never felt so good in my life. The excessive sweating reduced by 90%. I had more energy than ever. The anxiety and depression just vanished 4 days into all fruit diet. Like magic. I felt more grounded. More connected to a healthy masculine energy in me. Needed to sleep less. It felt great.
The past 10 days were quite emotionally intense and I slipped out of my diet and was eating out and I can see all my symptoms coming back up. But eagerly looking back to get into the fruitarian diet and start thriving again.

well It's complicated
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
I love to code. I recently started dancing Tango. I love to meditate and explore energy and body work and subconscious healing. Just understanding our mind, body, energy, intuition and the mysteries of our universe.
I love to read books about entrepreneurship, self improvement and psychology and business. Not a big fan of reading fiction. I do tend to listen to books more than read them. Far more efficient this way. The last book I read which had a profound impact on me was Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink.
All time favourite movie Ocean's 11. Would never get bored of it and also a huge fan of Top Gear aka The Grand Tour.
The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I would love to meet any Frugivores near to where I live.
I do want to start building muscle once I heal so would love to speak to men who are able to do this on a fruit diet. I did notice in my one moth fruitarian experiment that I felt stronger even though I did not have a lot of muscle. But I am underweight and felt I need to put on some more weight.
I also would like to understand how people deal with social aspects with non fruitarians. I love my friends and would love to figure out a way and brainstorm other ideas to still keep my social life and maintain my diet.
