Mm I'd love to try sugarcane juice in the future, the only thing which is made from sugarcane in my country is white sugar,haha.

The summer is great, today is really sunny here and very warm so I'm going to sunbathe for a while to soak some sunshine and vitamine D! The fruit choice isn't really good here in summer, but that how it is here all year long,haha. But I enjoyed some nice local strawberries and peaches yesterday, yummy!
How's the summer in US? What kind of fruit are you enjoying these days?

Aye Ron, got busy with school haven't been here in a bit! I wouldn't even know where to start looking as far as St. Croix goes, my relatives got split down south after slavery and my grandma's passed away and is the only family left who knew any of our history...her mother lost all her papers when the family got split. I wish I had been able to ask more about everything before she left...How'd you find relatives on Facebook?
HA! Ooooh, got it lol. I like rally racing, although I'd love to learn to drift for the Jager team, my car is perfect for that...when it starts anyway...Yeah come to think of it the whey thing is more of a cycling thing, all these dudes training on the bike trails where I live drink Muscle Milk like it'll go straight to their calves haha.
Haha, oy vey. I'm sure that was a real hit amongst your squad (not)...You retired now or just on leave? How'd you go from Army to raw?? Grams stays in Jamaica!! I would be my grandma's servant if she lived over there. My black half hails from the West Indies in St. Croix (one of the US Virgin Islands now) but I have no idea whether any relatives are still over there.
