I'm a mom who has been a raw fooder off and on for several years, just starting out with the hcrv lifestyle. I found the 30 bananas website from Freelee's videos on YouTube, which I found while I was surfing for raw food recipes, and I felt like hcrv really resonates with me.

I'm mostly looking for recipes and how to make the transition from raw to hcrv. I'm not ready for mono meals yet (not all of the time), and I want to stay on track and figure out how to do more interesting raw meals without all the nuts and stuff, until I'm ready to eat more simply.
