Hi. My age is 65, and I live in Houston, Texas. After reading some Tim Ferriss and watching lots of Durianrider and Freelee and other vegan Youtubers and reading more about nutrition and other approaches to good health and happiness I thought it was time to get onto 30bananas finally. I've been mostly vegan for about 14 months. I stopped eating beef many years ago and have been a light meat eater over the same time period. My animal ethical awareness finally turned on over the last couple years. I still have a way to go before my vegan planning, shopping, food prep, and eating are second nature. My exercise is often on a '60's Mercier road bike. Always been athletic to some extent, sports as a kid, swimming and running and biking as an adult, with some TM, yoga, step aerobics, and boxercise thrown in. I don't spend much time on forums, but I'm interested to see what's happening on 30bad.
