My name is Sean. I have been rt4 vegan since the beginning of the year. I call myself a vegan athlete. I am a runner and lifter. I run a average of 40 miles a week, but as well lift 3 days a week. I do P90X because I just enjoy the variety of the workouts. I love this new lifestyle and my energy is at a all time peak.

:) Hey Sean thanks for the message. Sedona is just magnificent isn't it! If you ever need a hiking/climbing buddy, I'm always up for it!
Ehh not the greatest. Our farmer's market is only during the Summer (and the fruit selection isn't the greatest until the end of it) so now it's just grocery stores. The CSA shares are mostly vegetables too so that's not very enticing to me. But I do find some pretty delicious stuff once in awhile. It's pretty good in Phoenix though, right?
Right? There's not too many of us here ): How are you?
