I have been following 811rv for over a year now. Feeling amazing, looking amazing, performing better than ever . I was able to overcome adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue with this lifestyle , totally amazing the way i felt after only a couple weeks following 811, never looked back.LFRV for the win ;p
