Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram is who brought me here through her blog, "Rawfully Organic". In April 2012 I took a 30 day challenge of going completely Vegan (just about 80/10/10, but eliminating all forms of animal products). Since I've felt the difference of eating foods that are [alive] compared to highly processed foods that are otherwise dead. I'm very much into juicing greens and fruits, and an aspiring to go on a juice fasting this coming August of 2012. I'm interested in all things holistic and natural to heal and preserve longevity, I feel you are much more connected to your instinctual callings and needs when you pay attention to your body and how it feels. :)

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:
I really want to be HCRV and just need some guidance
Are you Connected?
yes i am
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
Books and audios from David Wolfe, Brendan Brazier's Vegan fitness recipes and books, Michael Pollan's books and articles, Dr. Mercola's articles and blogs, running, yoga and meditation, quality time with my pitbull/boxer, the great outdoors, competition shooting
The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
I need accountability and guidance overall. It's easy to be misled by media, peer pressure, and social situations. I also need help preparing HCRV meals so they don't become redundant and boring (this is also an issue, when I get bored of something, I'll revert to my old ways).
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this

Hi Shae,
If you're looking for a 811rv cheerleader, count me in! I live in the tropical north of Australia and am mostly 811rv, hoping to get to 100% soon. Still struggling with some cooked and salty food addictions, but getting there slowly.
Stay groovy,
Tabitha :-)
I'm not TOO beastly ;o) Good luck with training! If you ever want to share training advice, I always love talking about TM, or fitness in general. I'd love to do one in NV/AZ/NM area next year. Just for a change of environment.
That's great! I'm doing one in October as well. Next year I'm getting a season pass. There are about 8 within a 5-hour drive of me. Plus, that will give me a chance to fly out of state to visit friends for more! And yes, I'm very proud :o) I have a ton more pics on my Facebook from all of the different obstacles of my last one. We didn't have a photographer in November, but we had one in April.
