Hi, my name is Steph and I am currently about 80 raw, vegetarian and feel stuck and frustrated by food cravings, food hang-over, etc. After doing much reading and reasearch, I'm feeling like there is still so much misinformation about raw veganism...I think that's why I haven't taken the leap to 100% raw vegan. 30BaD seems to answer so many of the questions and issues I've been seeking.
