I’ve been eating vegetarian for quite a while and have been vegan at home A splash of milk in my tea was my last thing, but I have coconut milk now. It’s easier now in the uk to get non dairy milk when out as most places at least do soya. I’ve done raw til 4 for short periods too, but I find myself too cold in our winter so often have jacket potato with coconut oil! I’m going to try to do frugivore for 31 days instead of veganuary this year. Because of COVID we are inside most of the time so I’m hoping it’ll go well!
