After being fed up with calorie restriction, feeling tired and depressed, i was drawn to 30 bananas a day, went vegan again and now newly trying to get the raw till 4 diet on track.

hey I seen your post about salt, I just gave it up about 10 days ago and when I sweat it is so extremely salty, so I know I am slowly getting rid of it. I used to go kinda crazy with Soy Sauce lol. Since I gave it up I havent had any cravings for it and notice my puffy face starting to go down.
