I've been interested in the affects diet has on our neural system and physiology, and in particular brain functioning in the evolutionary sense. I've been aware of this site for a while now, although i forget how i first came across it. Currently i'm living off of a raw, fruit-based diet with some vegetables and nuts, along with a few superfoods such as cacao. This has helped improve my health immensely.
